Meet Jessica

Helping Clients Successfully Navigate Government Finance.

After spending considerable time working with local governments on a variety of issues, Jessica Solberg has spent the last decade honing her skills on the myriad legal issues involving finance. Jessica joined Attolles Law to combine her passion for finance with her desire to advance local government interests throughout Wisconsin. Jessica is a very process-oriented person, meaning she works tirelessly to ensure our clients have a firm understanding of the complex issues confronting them when it comes to borrowing and lending and the legal and regulatory issues surrounding those activities.

Jessica’s experience in finance spans from working with a global business on consumer and community banking issues to representing a nationwide conduit bond issuer as issuer’s counsel to assisting local governments and school districts on debt issuance.  In addition to her experience in finance, Jessica has assisted counties and school districts with personnel, operational and compliance issues.  In other words, Jessica understands not only the finance-related issues, but most importantly how those issues impact client operations.

When she’s not in the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and honing her martial arts skills (which she does not anticipate having to use in the office!)
