Jake joins the Public Finance team at Attolles Law s.c. having recently graduated from law school, where he concentrated his studies on commercial finance, tax, and securities law. Jake supports the Public Finance team’s efforts as issuer’s counsel and bond counsel for a national bond issuing authority, helping 501(c)(3) organizations and other governmental entities secure tax-exempt financing for schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, senior living, and affordable housing facilities. In addition, Jake has directed several major projects for our business clients in various matters including stock redemptions, corporate governance, real estate acquisitions, tax-focused entity formation, and corporate debt transactions. Jake will also fortify Attolles’ local government law practice as a trusted advocate for Wisconsin’s counties and governmental entities. 

Jake served on the Moot Court Executive Board and represented the law school in a national moot court competition in New York, where his team advanced to the quarterfinals and received a top-five brief score out of forty teams. Jake also clerked for the Honorable Judge Frederick Rosa at the Milwaukee County Circuit Court during his final year of law school.
